Family-owned and operated, Tower Kitchens & Millwork began as Tower Millwork, a division of Philbrook's Boatyard, which focused on custom yacht interiors and complete residential millwork packages. Since the Brown family took the reins, Tower Kitchens & Millwork has expanded to take on all sorts of interesting projects.

Ian Brown – the self-proclaimed "cabinet minister" – manages the office-side of the business, including managing designs, pricing, and business priorities. In other words, Ian's numero uno!

Greg Brown is the shop foreman and maintenance man. He is responsible for ensuring your cabinets are perfectly cut on our CNC machine and ensures our expensive and temperamental machinery is in tip-top shape. Greg is always able to regale you with a riveting story when needed!

Jeff Brown is the custom-build and installations manager. He's responsible for everything from ensuring your reception desk can be built the way you drew it on the napkin, to bringing you joy when you first see your new kitchen!

Whether opening up our shop for youth to create Christmas presents for their families in partnership with the Rotary Club of Sidney by the Sea, or working with HeroWork, supporting the community is an important part of our business.
